Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and support customers in person and virtually, guiding them through personal and business tax scenarios.

This role emphasizes local community growth, ongoing training, and collaboration with a network of tax and financial specialists.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear guidance.
