Qualifications

• Active credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN must be active to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation filing 30+ returns per season.
• Willingness to work onsite; 20 hours per week minimum.
• English; Spanish bonus with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for client needs.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience in person and virtually.
