You will build relationships with clients, help them navigate complex tax situations, and connect them with broader Intuit services including bookkeeping and payroll.

The role emphasizes onsite collaboration, community outreach, and a high‑level customer experience, with a focus on growing the local TurboTax client base and delivering end-to-end support.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Must have a PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years and 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and clear, personalized guidance.
