Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve customers at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

The role blends tax expertise with a local, community‑minded approach, assisting both in-person and virtual clients with complete tax solutions and friendly guidance. As a Local Service Expert, you will work with a team of specialists, deliver end-to-end support from tax prep to planning, grow the local client base, and represent Intuit in community engagement efforts

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Assist with onsite operations 20+ hours weekly.
