Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services, serving both in-person and virtual clients while leveraging the broader Intuit ecosystem.

As a community ambassador, you will grow the local client base, organize events, and drive customer loyalty. You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Build local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Develop long-term relationships and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
