Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for TurboTax clients onsite at a local location. You will work closely with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and grow local client relationships.

Responsibilities include community outreach, ongoing tax planning, and promoting Intuit services while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of preparing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory solutions within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Develop lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
