Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax preparation and advisory at dedicated TurboTax locations. You will work on-site with a team of financial professionals, handling complex personal and business tax scenarios and providing end-to-end support from discovery through outcomes.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with related Intuit services like bookkeeping or payroll.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in collaborative client meetings.
