Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, explain complex tax concepts, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to support year-round financial needs.

This role emphasizes local market growth, client relationship building, and delivering a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience with a strong emphasis on customer success.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ 1040s per season) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum, 8am–5pm.
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow use of name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local/social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships and turn one-time clients into long-term customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
