Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory work at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will engage with in-person and virtual clients, provide expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services. This role emphasizes community engagement and growing a local client base, with opportunities to upsell related Intuit offerings.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software. Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a new local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
