Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team, serving on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice while integrating with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end financial solutions.

You will grow the local client base, build trusted relationships, and contribute to community outreach with support from TurboTax marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN registration required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Develop long-term client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless end-to-end client engagement.
