Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, connecting them with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.

You will build relationships with local clients, drive community engagement, and contribute to a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience while adhering to training and uniform guidelines.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
