Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and support clients through the full Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.

As a community ambassador, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage in outreach, and lead events with marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active license (EA/CPA) or attorney status and PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ returns/season).
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week and undergo training.
• Willing to upsell additional Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team for full-service experience.
• Deliver end-to-end TurboTax services on site.
