Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit’s ecosystem. You’ll work in a local TurboTax location with a focus on growing your client base and delivering exceptional service.

Role emphasizes community engagement, coordination with tax and advisory specialists, and a hands-on approach to end-to-end customer solutions. Must reside in the United States and be willing to continuous training and development.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney credentials preferred and tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem for advisory needs.
• Develop relationships to convert transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
