Job summary

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow a local service footprint. You will work within a collaborative team of tax professionals at a TurboTax location, delivering end-to-end service from discovery to resolution.

You’ll leverage Intuit's tools to tailor advice, expand the client base, and guide customers to additional Intuit services, fostering year-round relationships and community presence.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes and knowledge of tax laws.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem and cross-sale advisory services.
