Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for clients at a local TurboTax location across the United States.

You will work closely with a team of tax professionals, absorb the client’s complete financial picture, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. Roles include community outreach and growing the local client base.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8am–5pm.
• Must complete all required training and development. Uniforms provided.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, partnerships, and events to drive loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, guiding clients toward year‑round support and prosperity.
