Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts for on-site roles across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support while connecting clients to a broader team of tax and advisory specialists.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, attend community events, and collaborate with marketing to build lasting relationships. Strong tax credentials and on-site availability are required.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours/week.
