Intuit is seeking driven individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, serving customers on-site and virtually. You will provide comprehensive tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across the full Intuit ecosystem to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience.

You will build local relationships, attract new clients, and grow the TurboTax business within your community, becoming the local face of TurboTax and leveraging marketing

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) with strong tax preparation experience.
• CPA or practicing attorney with tax knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes and stay compliant.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Support in-person and virtual clients and connect them with broader Intuit services.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and events.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning as needed.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and accurate tax solutions.
