Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients with personal and business tax needs, while growing the local client base and linking clients to Intuit solutions for ongoing support.

You will work on-site with a team of financial professionals, handling inquiries in person and via TurboTax tools, aiming to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience and lasting

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using pro tax software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/business tax advisory with training provided.
• Comfortable working onsite, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week; hours can scale up during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
