Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice to in-person and virtual clients, building trust and delivering end-to-end service.

Based on your experience, you’ll grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
