Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for a TurboTax Local Service Expert role, onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete preparation, and connect clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will drive local growth, lead community engagement, and work closely with marketing tools to build a thriving client base while delivering a seamless customer experience year-round.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base and establish long-term relationships in the community.
• Collaborate with team of specialists covering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end support.
