Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling a range from simple to complex tax scenarios.

You will also grow the local client base, establish long-term relationships, and work with a wider team to deliver end-to-end Intuit services, including advisory support when needed.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid returns (federal/state) using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax situations and future tax planning.
• Grow local client base and nurture long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
