Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation at a local TurboTax location. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience for clients.

You will grow the local client base, lead community events, and leverage Intuit marketing resources to build lasting relationships and deliver tax outcomes that support clients’ financial goals.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory roles with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willingness to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Willing to have your name used for advertising purposes; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience using Intuit tools and video communications.
