Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, providing hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will build trust with customers, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class experience both in person and via Intuit tools, while participating in ongoing training and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040 returns (30+ per season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• Onsite presence 20+ hours per week at a TurboTax office.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Refer clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team collaboration.
• Build long-term relationships and exceptional customer experience.
