Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end services, from assessment to final returns, while growing the local client base and building community trust.

You will advise on tax strategy, use Intuit tools, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure a complete client enablement experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney credentials preferred
• Strong tax preparation experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and local market development

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
