Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation at a local TurboTax location.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services, building long-term client relationships and driving local growth. Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid 1040 returns prepared using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete required training and development as needed.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in advertising.
• Interested in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations including personal/business income and deductions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Connect clients with broader Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
