Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and coordinate with a broader team of specialists for a seamless client experience.

Your role includes growing the local client base, delivering personalized tax planning, and guiding clients through the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll solutions, to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with pro software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory with training.
• Comfortable onsite 20+ hours weekly, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and virtual.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
