Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and full return preparation, while coordinating with a broader team for complex scenarios and advisory services.

You will actively grow the local client base, if needed support with community events, and help translate client needs into comprehensive tax plans using Intuit resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney credentials preferred with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns/season).
• Willing to grow into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite office availability 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Training, uniform wear, and advertising participation as a TurboTax Expert.
• English/Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex.
• Act as a community ambassador, building local klientele and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Develop long-term relationships and help clients achieve financial goals.
