Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax site. You will serve clients in person and virtually, building strong relationships and guiding customers through tax planning and available Intuit services.

You will partner with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions while expanding the local client base and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing personal and business tax returns using professional software.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and deductions.
• Ability to explain tax concepts to clients clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through Outreach and events.
• Coordinate with related services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and virtually.
