Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while building a local client base and connecting clients to Intuit's broader ecosystem.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Familiarity with preparing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and participate in marketing requirements.
• U.S. residency and ability to obtain state licenses as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with in-person and video interactions.
