Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite presence 20 hours/week, 8am–5pm local time.
• Willingness to complete required training and wear uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
