Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a TurboTax location.

You will build local client relationships, coordinate with specialists, and deliver end-to-end support in person and virtually. You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and leverage Intuit’s resources to offer comprehensive services from tax to bookkeeping and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Desire to grow local community presence and client base.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Lead discovery sessions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Act as a local community ambassador, building a client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, in-person and via video tools.
