Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will collaborate with a team of specialists covering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

You will grow the local client base, deliver personalized service, and guide clients through various Intuit solutions while maintaining strong community presence and high service

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and active PTIN.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with provided training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office in the US, with typical hours 8:00–17:00 local time, 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Develop understanding of clients' financial picture and connect them with Intuit ecosystem solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
