Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while partnering with specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and act as a trusted advisor in the community, leveraging marketing tools to drive loyalty and new business.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Perform discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for full-service delivery.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with proactive client care.
