Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax expertise, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios while delivering an end-to-end Intuit experience. Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development & wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear and helpful tax guidance.
• Engage clients through in-person and virtual meetings, events, and community outreach.
