Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season using pro tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to cover full client needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and end-to-end client experiences.
• Promote TurboTax ecosystem and cross-sell Intuit services.
