Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location.

You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, from simple to complex returns, while growing local client relationships and leveraging Intuit resources for long-term value. Responsibilities include hands-on tax preparation, community outreach, and cross-selling related services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite availability 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build a local client base through outreach, community events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
