Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work closely with a team of financial specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for personal and business tax scenarios.

You will grow the local client base through community outreach, partnerships, and referrals, while leveraging Intuit tools to connect clients with complementary services such as bookkeeping, payroll,

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional software; knowledge of Circular 230 helpful.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Engage in local community outreach to grow TurboTax client base and drive loyalty.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for a seamless client experience.
• Build relationships with clients to understand their full financial picture.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via TurboTax tools.
