Intuit Inc. is seeking Tax Professionals to work onsite as TurboTax Local Service Experts. You will deliver tax preparation, advisory services, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem while building strong local relationships.

You will engage with individuals and business clients, offering personalized support, educational resources, and referrals to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning solutions. This role emphasizes community presence and customer trust.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes and willing to upskill into other services.
• Onsite TurboTax office experience with 20+ hours per week availability.
• Willing to participate in training and adhere to Intuit policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local client base and establish long-term relationships with community partners.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services when applicable.
