Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Refer clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services as part of the Intuit ecosystem.
• Engage with clients in-person and virtually to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and a compliant, professional presence onsite.
