Intuit, Inc. is looking for dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our team. This position combines tax expertise with community engagement to assist customers in navigating their tax needs.

As a trusted advisor, you'll work collaboratively both in-person and virtually to provide tailored tax solutions. Candidates should have a strong background in tax preparation, ideally with EA, CPA, or attorney certifications, and must be willing to work onsite at TurboTax locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or complex work areas.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local customer base.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience addressing inquiries.
