Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location.

You will work with clients in person and virtually, delivering accurate tax solutions and learning to connect them with broader Intuit services. Ideal candidates hold credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney), have 3+ years of tax preparation experience, and are willing to work on-site with a customer-owned community mindset.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Build local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Collaborate with a team of tax and advisory professionals to address client needs across services.
• Deliver world-class customer experience and ensure client understanding of tax outcomes.
