Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and support clients both on-site and virtually, collaborating with experts across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials required
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience (30+ returns per season)
• Willing to upskill into additional service types
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location
• Complete required training and development as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax client returns for complex to simple scenarios
• Help grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end services
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via virtual channels
