Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a US location. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients, while collaborating with specialists across business taxes, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and serve as the local face of TurboTax, delivering end-to-end experiences from discovery to final tax

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite role with 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time; strong training/compliance willingness.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising; community presence encouraged.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Lead discovery sessions, deductions optimization, amendments and future tax planning.
• Build local client base through outreach, referrals and community events with marketing support.
• Act as a trusted guide linking clients to bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via Intuit tools.
