Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with extensive tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
