Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice, building long-term client relationships.

As part of a broader Intuit team, you will connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience during in-person and virtual engagements.
