Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to both in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or licensed attorney with tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep (30+ returns) per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite availability 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and comply with policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Perform discovery sessions, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and engage with the community.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service.
