Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must be willing to complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem for full-year support.
• Deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience with professional service.
