Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a local TurboTax location.

You will work with a team of tax professionals to address personal and business needs, deliver a seamless client experience, and expand the local client base in your community. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios while staying within Intuit’s ecosystem

Formación

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business, including compliance training and cross-training.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence and content for the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tax Expertise by giving hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a new local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Bridge clients to the Intuit ecosystem by connecting them with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to turn transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and clear financial guidance.
