Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will partner with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and actively grow your local client base with community engagement. You’ll work in a collaborative environment, assisting both individual and business clients, and leverage Intuit resources to expand services beyond tax filing while maintaining a high standard

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador and drive local client growth and referrals.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with customers in-person and via TurboTax marketing tools.
