Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a TurboTax location.

You will support clients through simple to complex tax scenarios and collaborate with a broader team of tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory professionals to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You will actively grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage marketing tools to build relationships while delivering a seamless

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (30+ returns) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax scenarios and deductions optimization.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end service.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and professional service.
